Our AI Trading Systems (Teach Me AI, MJ Edge, and Market Scanner) are proprietary technologies developed and owned by Trade with MJ (Pty) Ltd. These AI systems are provided as-is for educational and trading support purposes only.

AI Usage Rights & Restrictions

• You may use the AI systems solely for your personal trading education and analysis.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the AI systems.
• You may not share, distribute, or resell access to the AI services without written permission.
• Commercial use or redistribution of the AI systems is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use the AI systems to compete with Trade with MJ or create similar competing services.

AI System Accuracy & Performance

While our AI systems utilize advanced market analysis and real-time data, past performance does not guarantee future results. The AI systems provide market context, probability analysis, and validated validation setups—not guaranteed profitable outcomes. All trading decisions remain your responsibility. We do not warrant that the AI systems will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Data & Real-Time Market Feeds

The AI systems integrate with real-time market data feeds sourced from our broker partners. Data accuracy is dependent on broker infrastructure and market conditions. While we strive for real-time accuracy, occasional delays or feed interruptions may occur. Trade with MJ is not responsible for broker-level data discrepancies or service outages beyond our control.

Liability Disclaimer for AI Systems

Trade with MJ disclaims all liability for losses resulting from the use of the AI systems, including but not limited to: trading losses, system errors, market volatility, broker execution issues, or connection failures. The AI systems are educational tools designed to enhance trading psychology and discipline—they do not guarantee profitability or protect against market risk.

Broker Integration & Funding

For Broker Funded Start members, the AI systems integrate with Octa Broker. Your trading account, capital management, and execution remain subject to Octa Broker's terms and conditions. Trade with MJ is not responsible for broker-level issues, margin requirements, or account liquidations. Your capital and trading decisions are your responsibility.

Membership & Access Terms

Access to the AI systems is provided via Premium Membership ($99/month) or Broker Funded Start (commission-based). Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to all AI systems. Trade with MJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if: (1) you violate these terms, (2) you engage in fraudulent activity, (3) you attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the systems, or (4) your broker account is closed or suspended.
