Chargebacks

Chargebacks for non-defective purchases will result in immediate account termination.

AI Systems & Service Performance

Our AI Trading Systems are delivered as digital services. Returns or refunds are not available for performance-related claims, including:

  • Trading losses or market drawdowns (AI systems provide analysis, not guaranteed profits).
  • Differences between historical performance and future results.
  • Personal dissatisfaction with trading outcomes or strategy effectiveness.

However, refunds ARE available for:

  • System malfunction or inaccessibility (AI system downtime beyond 48 hours).
  • Data feed failures where AI cannot deliver real-time market analysis.
  • Critical bugs preventing system functionality.

For system-related refund requests, contact support with documentation within 7 days of discovery. All refund requests are reviewed within 14 business days. Approved refunds are credited within 5-7 business days.

Broker Funded Start members: Refunds are not available for commission-based membership. Capital losses due to trading are your responsibility. Disputes regarding broker execution should be raised directly with Octa Broker.
